The world needs 44 million more teachers by 2030. We won’t get there by doing more of the same.

Join us for a focused, informal dialogue exploring bold, evidence-based approaches to the global teacher shortage. Together, we’ll look beyond traditional systems to spotlight practical, scalable solutions already making an impact in low-resource and crisis-affected settings. Come with your ideas, your questions, and your appetite for change.

What we’ll explore:

  • Alternative pathways to the classroom: What’s working in alternative certification and community-rooted training models?
  • Workforce development that works: How can we build a teaching force that is supported, motivated, and grown from diverse entry points?
  • Policy and funding levers: How can funders accelerate scalable, sustainable solutions?
  • What’s missing: Are there evidence gaps or tools we can develop together to drive smarter investment?

Space is limited — RSVP to info@education.org by April 6th to secure your spot.
