Eric Grob is CFO and co-founder of Greenreb, Topgolf’s partner and licensee for Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. Previously, Eric founded Central Living, a real estate company focused on affordable residential housing projects in Zurich, Switzerland, and was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients in several industries, including real estate, industrials, sport & media, high tech and logistics. He holds a Master in Finance & Accounting from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.  

Eunice Zehnder-Lai is Vice Chair of the Geberit Group (European leader in sanitary technology), Board Member of DKSH (leading market expansion services firm for Asia), Board Member of the Julius Baer Group (pure play global private wealth manager) and Global Trustee of Asia Society/Board Member of Asia Society Switzerland. Previously, she was in the finance industry for LGT Capital Partners, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch spanning the areas of asset management, private wealth management and corporate finance in New York, London, Hong Kong and Zurich. Eunice received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA from Harvard University. 

Dr. Jan Mischke is a partner at the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), McKinsey’s business and economics research arm, based in Zurich. Since 2010, he has led MGI’s work on competitiveness and growth in Europe, and its work on infrastructure, construction, and real estate globally. He has led global efforts on infrastructure and how gaps can be bridged, solving affordable housing challenges, reinventing the construction industry, driving productivity growth, or building a global balance sheet, among others. Jan is a frequent speaker on these topics as well as on broader global trends. Prior to joining MGI, Jan worked as a consultant with McKinsey for 10 years. He holds a Ph.D. from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich and an M.Sc. from RWTH Aachen University.
